2nd session at Hove after work. It was definately windier looking out the window at 4ish, but convinced myself that there was still enough!! 5.9m sail on freestyle board and ok for planing. For a change, decided to go on upwind mission towards Shoreham. Made it up to the harbour entrance, about 4km, and had my sights set on joining the Shoreham Beach regulars. But thats still another few km, and my spidey-sense finally noticed the wind dropping. Turned it round for a long slog home with barely enough wind. All nice.
